2. Products and Services
We sell digital product keys for Microsoft software, including Microsoft Office suites and individual Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. All products are delivered electronically. You will receive an email with your product key and activation instructions after payment is confirmed.
The products we sell are licensed by their respective publishers. Digipinit is not the publisher of the software but provides access to valid licenses.
3. Payment Terms
You do not need an account to place an order. All payments must be completed through our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards and digital wallets, as shown at checkout. All prices are listed and charged in US dollars.
By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full transaction amount.
You agree to provide accurate billing information. In the event of a payment failure, we may suspend or cancel your order. We may also cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a listing contains a pricing or description error, or if the order is flagged by our fraud checks. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Delivery of Products

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or emails landing in your spam folder.
5. Remote Assistance
If you need help setting up your product, we may offer a free remote assistance session. Sessions take place only with your consent and only to install or activate your product. You remain in control of your device and may end the session at any time. Please close any personal material on your screen before the session. We are not responsible for issues on your device unrelated to the product we supplied.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges within 180 days of purchase, provided the product key has not been activated, redeemed, used, or transferred to a third party. Our Refund Policy sets out the full conditions and the process for requesting a refund or exchange.
We may request additional information to verify your eligibility for a refund.
7. Product Usage and Restrictions
By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the product according to the terms set by the software publisher. You agree not to:
