Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable. Digital products can only be returned if they have not been activated or installed.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details (order number, email, and proof of purchase). Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of confirming your request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong product. Please contact us within 30 days for exchange requests. We will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our support team at support@digipinit.com with your order details.
  • If applicable, we'll send you a Non-Use Declaration Form for digital product returns.
  • Once we receive the completed form or confirmation of return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour from the confirmation email. After 1 hour, please contact us directly at support@digipinit.com for assistance.
