Refunds

We offer refunds for both defective and non-defective products within 180 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product key must not have been activated, redeemed, or used, and must not have been transferred to a third party. For defective products, valid proof of the issue (such as a screenshot of the error message) must be provided.

A refund or replacement request will be denied if the product has already been activated and is therefore not reusable or resellable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within 180 days of purchase and include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of confirming your request. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if the product is defective or if you received the wrong product. Contact us within 180 days to request an exchange, and we'll arrange it for you.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Contact our support team at support@digipinit.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
  • Once we confirm your request, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Please exercise caution before installing and activating your product key. Ensure that you have purchased the correct product for your device, based on software compatibility. Any products subject to return or replacement will be deactivated and will no longer be usable. If the product has already been activated, it will not function on any devices.
