Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 180 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been activated or used.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 180 days of purchase and include your order number and the email used at checkout. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of confirming your request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong product. Please contact us within 180 days to request an exchange. We will process your request and arrange the exchange.
