Secure Payment Process
All payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Your card details are encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe.
We never see or store your full card or bank details. We only receive confirmation that your payment has gone through.
Billing Information
When you place an order, you'll be asked for:
- Full name
- Email address
- Billing address (used to verify your payment)
- Payment details (card or digital wallet)
We need this information to process your order. It is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Payment Confirmation
You'll get a confirmation email with your order details once your payment goes through. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, contact us or email support@digipinit.com.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your payment or your order, please contact us first. We sort most problems out quickly, and it's usually faster than going through your bank. Once your bank is handling a chargeback, we can't refund you directly.
