Follow these steps to install and activate your Microsoft Visio 2021 Professional license on Windows.
1. Download the installer

2. Run the installer
After downloading, open the file and double-click on Setup to begin the installation. Wait while Visio installs. This may take a few minutes.
3. Open Visio
After installation, search for "Visio" in the Windows search bar and open the app.
4. Enter your product key
When prompted, enter the license key we emailed you and click Activate Office.
5. You're done
