Install & Activate Microsoft Outlook (2016–2021)

Follow these steps to install and activate your Outlook license on Windows.

1. Download the installer

2. Run the installer

After downloading your version, open the file and double-click on Setup to begin the installation. Wait while Outlook installs. This may take a few minutes.

3. Open Outlook

After installation, search for Outlook in the Windows search bar and open it.

4. Sign in to your email

Sign in with your Outlook, Gmail, or any other email account you want to use.

5. Enter your product key

When prompted, enter the license key we emailed you and click Activate Office.

6. You're done

Your Outlook license is now active and ready to use.
