We offer consumers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. The period is 30 days from the date of sale. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, has been used, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.

Process of refunds

In order to return a product within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send us a request for a refund with the information about your order (e.g. order number, phone number, screenshot of the invoice). Please, email it to:

  3. Once we receive the Declaration Form, we will process your return and refund the product within 48 hours.

Please be aware that the money transfer date depends on the bank, but it should reach you between 5-7 working days.

  • Products which have already been replaced are not subject to return.
