17.2 If you want to cancel this Agreement, simply stop using digipinit.com. If you wish to delete your account data, please contact Digipinit at support@digipinit.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and we will delete your full profile to the extent possible (if applicable).
17.3 If you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement, your rights under it will automatically terminate without notice and without a refund of any fees.
17.4 All provisions of this agreement, which by their nature should survive termination, will survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

18.1 Failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

20.1 You agree that Digipinit may amend this Agreement from time to time and at Digipinit's sole discretion. Although we will use our best efforts to notify you of any amendments or changes to this Agreement, we are not required to provide you with prior notice of such amendments or changes.
20.2 If this Agreement is amended or changed, we will post the amended Agreement on the dedicated link available at our online shop. Your continued use of the Online Shop and/or the Service, after the publication date of a revised version of this Agreement, constitutes your acceptance of its terms.
20.3 You agree and undertake to read our terms and conditions each time you visit our online store and/or use any of our services. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, as updated from time to time, you undertake to cease using our online shop and/or services immediately.
️ARTICLE 21 - CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
21.1 Cancellations are accepted only for full-priced items and within 60 minutes of placing an order. You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
️ARTICLE 22 - LICENSE DOESN'T WORK
22.1 There is a small chance that the license will not work, but if the license key does not work, we will issue another license immediately. To ensure premium quality, the key is first activated by the brand and then shared with you. There's no way it won't work. This is a completely safe activation process that will not fail.
22.2 Customers using Office 365 Pro Plus are solely responsible for activating local backup for their OneDrive files and creating a local backup to protect their data. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur if local backup is not activated. Additionally, customers are responsible for safeguarding their password and are encouraged to add an alternative phone number to their license settings to prevent password loss. By using Office 365 Pro Plus, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that it is their responsibility to take necessary measures to protect their data.
